GameCityNights gets powered up with the electrically charged racer, Blur.

Bizarre Creations will be showcasing the hotly anticipated racer, Blur, at GameCityNights on the 28 May.

Community manager, Ben Ward, will be discussing everything from fan reactions to missile-spewing supercars. Joining Ben will be environment artist, Chris Downey, to guide attendees through the making of an entire track, offering an insight into the game few get the opportunity to experience.

GameCityNights takes place at Antenna, Nottingham, on Friday, 28 May. Food will be served from 6pm. The main event starts at 7.00pm. Admittance is £3, over 18s with ID.

In addition to the main event, GameCityNights also hosts up-and-coming independent developers and the audience can take part in a devilishly tough gaming quiz for prizes.

“Bizarre Creations are really excited to offer our continuing support to the excellent GameCity festival, this time in the GC Nights format. We’re looking forward to sharing some details about our new racing game, Blur, and providing some insight into how we built a new breed of racer,” said Ward.

GameCity director, Iain Simons, added: “Bizarre have always been enthusiastic supporters of GameCity, so we’re honoured to welcome them to the first season of GameCityNights.”

Blur is available on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC from 28 May.
