Three Lions gaffer, Fabio Capello, faces a tough decision in the next few weeks as he picks out his best 23-man squad to take to Cape Town.

And with just two games left – against Mexico and Japan – in which to prove themselves before the summer tournament, the England squad have it all to play for.

But now it is your chance to step into the old Italians’ loafers and select 23 of your favourite players, from the list of 30, who you think will be boarding that Boeing 747 to South Africa.

While you are at it, choose an inspirational captain who can lead to team into battle.
