Ahead of the immenent release of the new Muppets film on Febuary 10, Cineworld are calling for budding Nottingham Trent musicians to compete against drummer Animal for the chance to take Gonzo home.
A Facebook group about Animal’s Musical Mayhem has been released where entrants can post videos of themselves showing off their musical talents.
Animal himself has already been spotted at a drum centre in Nottingham and more videos from him are promised to follow throughout the duration of the competition.

The main prize: a limited-edition, life size Gonzo - donated by the Monster Store.
The film tells the story of three fans (Gary – Jason Segel, Mary – Amy Adams and Walter – voiced by Peter Linz) who unite with the Muppets to save their old theatre from the threat of greedy oil tycoon Tex Richman (Chris Cooper).
Everyone’s favourite frog Kermit helps round up the Muppets, who have all gone their seperate ways: Fozzie now performs in tribute band the Moopets, Miss Piggy is a plus-size fashion editor at Vogue Paris, Gonzo is a high-powered plumbing magnate and Animal has checked into anger management rehab.

Competition rules: maximum video length is four minutes, no fancy dress or props necessary (although this may score you points) and any song can be played – cover version or original. Deadline for entries is Friday, February 10.
