Platform is the official student publication of Nottingham Trent University. Produced once a month, this 64-page glossy magazine features all the latest news, events listings, lifestyle and culture articles, and essential info for every student at Trent.

Platform HQ is located at Byron House on Shakespeare Street, home of Nottingham Trent Students’ Union on the City campus. All of the editorial team and contributors are current students and members of the students’ union, which, combined with the central location, means that they have their fingers firmly on the pulse of life here at NTU.

This year’s editorial team is led by Editor-in-Chief Glen Davies who was elected by members of the students’ union to steer the course of Platform for the 2009-10 academic year. Glen also co-presents a Fly FM show with Station Manager Kieran Simpson on Thursday afternoons. Some section editors are also guests on various radio shows.
